Return Policy:
Yellowstone maintains a liberal return policy. We strive to carry only the highest
quality gloves and we are confident our customers will be 100% satisfied. If our
customer is unsatisfied for any reason we will do what we can to resolve the
concern.
Yellowstone will gladly accept return of product from full box sizes or greater minus
the cost of return shipping. If the items shipped differ from those that were ordered
or are defective, we will pay the cost of return shipping. Your account will be
credited for those items that we receive in resalable condition. The items must be in
original packaging and show no evidence of tampering.
Yellowstone will only accept returns with prior authorization from us by calling
1-800-953-6002 or via email at returns@yellowstonegloves.com. Please provide
quantities and style numbers of the item or items to be returned. Yellowstone
Gloves reserves the right to decline any return request for any reason.
